Delays and Closings

Parents will be notified of 2-hour delays and closings via School Messenger, our alert system for parents. We also post this information on local news channels, including:

• ABC-57
• WSBT-22 and 22.2
• WNDU-16

On days where a 2-hour delay is issued, school doors will not open to admit students until 9:45am. Students should not exit vehicles prior to 9:45am. There is no Morning Care or supervision for delays.

If a delay or closing is called, School Messenger will send a recorded message to your phone as well as a text and email, for those who signed up for electronic notifications.
