Picture Day Information

Ordering Photos with Check

Complete the paper form and include a check made payable to "Derby Photo".  Have your student bring the form with them on order day.

Ordering Photos with Credit Card

Order and pay online.  Record your online order number on the paper order form.  Have your student bring the form with them on order day.

Yearbook Photo Only - Not Placing a Photo Order

If not ordering, please complete the student's information at the top and write "no order". Have your student bring the form with them on order day.


**Note**  All students should have a form in their hand on picture day for identification purposes.
 

Retakes/Virtual Students

Virtual students will have an opportunity to take photos in the spring during retakes. This date will be scheduled at a later date and communicated with parents.  Those who wish to have retakes from round 1 photos should return their photos packages to the school office and we will collect them for retake day.
