Picture Day Dress Code and Ordering Information

Students may dress up out-of-uniform for school photos taken by Derby Photography.  Out of uniform guidelines will be in place.  No bare shoulders allowed. 

Picture Day order forms will be coming home on Friday.

Picture ordering Instructions:

• All students should have an order form on picture day. 
• Parents may pay via check or cash with the order form or pre-pay online. 
• If parents pre-pay online, please put the order number on the paper form and send form with students on picture day.
• If  parents are not ordering, please still send the completed form with the student for picture tracking purposes.
• Please send forms with students on picture day, not sooner.
