Dear St Anthony Families,  

Yesterday we celebrated our 8th grade class with the Eighth Grade Honors Breakfast and Evening Graduation Ceremony. It was a beautiful celebration of the personal growth and achievement of each child in the graduating class - a class that will be remembered for their joy, service, and kindness. We are proud of our graduates and know they will bring great things to their high school communities. This year we have graduates attending Marian and St Joseph High Schools. 

We will share our new Land’s End “School Store” link with the full lineup of new uniform options as soon as it is finalized. In the meantime, please review the revised Uniform Code which will go into effect with the 2023-24 school year.  Changes are highlighted in blue.   

There will be another uniform try on event on Friday from 3-4 in the Church Meeting Room. Tuesday’s event was well attended! Students and parents shared excitement about new colors (heather gray, steel gray, black), fabric choices (including dry-fit and interlock), and the length of the polo shirts. Also noted was the fit and material of the Land’s End fleece. While pants can be purchased elsewhere, the “pencil fit” through Land’s End is a popular style.  

I would like to thank Karla Donlon and Melissa Bingaman for the many hours they have donated to researching and sharing information on vendors, reviewing survey data, and hosting the uniform try on events. We always value feedback. It was used to inform decisions regarding the vendor change and adjustments to the uniform code for next year. As a thank you to those who completed the uniform survey, we randomly chose three participants who each received a $25 gift card to Lands’ End. Those individuals have been notified! 

We are looking forward to Field Day next Tuesday. HASA has a great day planned for us. We so appreciate all of the time, effort, and donations from the community throughout the year. Thank you for being here and being part of the great things happening here at St Anthony!
