1.) Grandparents' or a special person are invited to celebrate this special day starting with Mass at 8:15am on September 9. Students should plan to attend Mass with their grandparent/special person. Students with a guest may go directly to the church with their guest. Students who will not have a guest in attendance are asked to report to the school like usual by 8am. A reception in the gym will follow with drinks and snacks for all. Please RSVP at the link below with how many guests will be coming per family so we can plan accordingly.
2.) HASA is looking for help to fill the tables in the gym with treats for our special guests on Friday, September 9th. Donations can be dropped off in the carline on Thursday, September 8th. Someone from HASA will be there to collect all donations before and after school, just look for the cart by the school door.
3.) Class Liaisons are still needed for some teacher's classrooms. Thank you to those of you who have already signed up -- more information will come to you soon. 4.) HASA is looking for Chairs, Co-Chairs and helpers for upcoming events this school year. Events couldn't happen without the help of wonderful volunteers like yourself. Please consider signing up for one or more of the upcoming 2022-2023 events. All of the details are included in the below sign up form. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
5.) HASA is currently looking for a Secretary to be part of the 2022-2023 Executive Board Team. The secretary is needed to attend monthly meetings to record & submit meeting minutes in a timely manner for the website. The secretary will also assist the HASA Executive Board with event planning and organizing.
