CSO Reopening School Survey for Parents

Thank you for all that the parents/guardians did during the school shutdown to continue the education for the children entrusted to our care. As you may have heard, we have a task force that is developing plans for the upcoming school year based on local, state, and national guidance. We welcome your input so that we can be sure to incorporate your ideas into the plan. Our intent is to open our schools for in-person instruction while also planning for blended or distance learning if needed.  The survey will remain open until June 16, 2020.

The survey is completely confidential.  We have no way of tracking who is filling out the survey.  It should take about 15-minutes to complete.  

Again the CSO wants to thank all parents/guardians for your extraordinary effort this past school year, especially the fourth quarter.  We value and welcome your input for a safer reopening of our schools.

When wanting to change a Google form from one language to another language.  First right-click anywhere on the form and find the drop-down options that say “translate to English.”  Once you click on “translate to English” a small box should appear, click on the 3 vertical dots and go down to the drop-down option “choose another language.”  Choose the language you would like your form translated to and click “translate.”  Your document should be translated into the language of your choosing.  

Cuando se desea cambiar un formulario de Google de un idioma a otro idioma. Primero haga clic derecho en cualquier parte del formulario y encuentre las opciones desplegables que dicen "traducir al inglés". Una vez que haga clic en "traducir al inglés" debe aparecer un pequeño cuadro, haga clic en los 3 puntos verticales y vaya a la opción desplegable "elija otro idioma." Elige el idioma al que quieres que se traduzca tu formulario y haz clic en "traducir". Su documento debe traducirse al idioma de su elección.
