6th-8th Grade Youth Group Survey

St. Anthony would like to develop a vibrant, fruitful 6-8th grade youth group. In order for us to discern the next steps in this endeavor, it is important that we gather feedback from everyone. Even if you are a 6th-8th grade family who does not have interest in participating in a youth group program, we'd kindly ask you to take a few minutes to read through and fill out this survey.
