Anyone planning an event must must read the Parish Fundraising and Event Policy and submit an Event Application Form 30 days before the date of the event.
Event application forms will be reviewed by the Stewardship Core Team's Sacrificial Giving Subcommittee, the Parish Business Manager, and the Pastor. If in the event an application is denied, reasons will be provided.
If you are planning an event, you will need to keep in mind what facilities you need access to (event space, restrooms, kitchen, etc.), equipment (keys, tables, chairs, trash bins, etc.), and how you will care for them (set up and clean up).
Please contact our Director of Ministries Bridget Feeks to arrange which facilities need to be unlocked, what equipment you will need to use, and access to cleaning supplies.

Parish groups are able to use AV equipment we have on hand, such as a projector and screen, or our sound system.

Groups are responsible for bringing their own supplies (paper/plastic goods for refreshments, event materials, documents, etc.). However, the parish can supply you with general cleanup supplies, such as trash bags, papertowels for spills, and access to sinks for cleanup. We can also help you find a place to store materials for a short time before your event.
