Dear Panther Families,
This has been a fantastic Catholic Schools Week. The students and staff have really enjoyed the themed days. We raised quite a collection for the Potawatomi Zoo, including $78, a pile of supplies, and additional Amazon donations! Thank you to all who donated to this cause. Food for the Saint Vincent de Paul “Souper Bowl” continues to fill the boxes in the classrooms- that event ends Monday.
At last Sunday’s Mass, we congratulated Mr. Bagiackas with the Christ the Teacher award. We are blessed to have Mr. B. and all of our dedicated teachers on our staff. You can view a video of all of our area award winners here.
We welcome Ms. Marylen Robinson to our staff to assist in the lunchroom! A huge thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Davis who have been helping to deliver lunches. We would love to schedule one volunteer each day between 10:30 and 12:30 to assist with the lunch program. If you can commit to volunteering one day a week during this time, please email Shelly Coughlin.
Today was especially fun as we celebrated vocations and/or those we admire. Our halls were filled with future moms, dads, scientists, grocery workers, artists, and teachers being emulated in our classrooms. We even had a priest and a historical figure! We celebrate the hard work of our fifth grade and junior high students as they showcase their projects for History Day, Wax Museum, and Science Fair.

As part of our Virtues = Strength program, we focused on the virtue of CHARITY - The strength to do good for others. We want to grow stronger in the virtue of CHARITY and develop the habit of looking for ways to do good for others.
We hope to see everyone at Mass on Saturday/Sunday or watching on YouTube. Mass times are 4:15pm Saturday and on Sunday at 8:15am and 10:30am.
Sincerely,
Karen Bogol
